HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE?

Quality over quantity!
The number of images varies from wedding to wedding, session to session. A 3 hour elopement could yield anywhere from 150 photos, where as a full day wedding could yield from 800, depending on the proceedings of the day, cooperation of participants, weather, etc.

Do you provide engagement shoots?

Absolutely!! And, we recommend it!!
You already know a great deal of benefits to an engagement shoot, otherwise you wouldn't have asked the question. But did you know that an engagement shoot will allow yourselves and your wedding photographer the chance to get to know each other and how we all work together. This will create familiarity with one another, creating the best photos possible on your wedding day!

WHAT ARE YOUR TRAVEL FEES?

Where possible, we try and avoid charging travel fees. If I can reach you within a few hours, there is no travel fee. Outside of a quick car ride a travel fee may be applicable, and will be calculated based on location and means of transportation.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?

Rescheduling will always be our first option. Where a reschedule is not possible, we can provide a partial refund up to the amount of your retainer. Our retainers are non-refundable but are transferable to a future session with us.
Exclusions- we reserve the right to deny a refund if cancelation occurs within 24 hour of your session unless we are able to fill your booked session.

WHAT IF THERE'S BAD WEATHER?

Unfortunately the weather is out of our control and as such we do not hold it against you should you wish to reschedule. We will keep in contact with you during the day of your session and communicate with you our thoughts. Should you wish to reschedule we will find a suitable date for all parties. As for weddings, we know they cannot be rescheduled, which is why our professional cameras are weather-sealed and can brave the bad weather right there next to you!

WHAT IF MY WEDDING DATE CHANGES?

Assuming that you had knowledge of the potential of a wedding date change, and the decision wasn't a drop of the hat, one would assume that you would be in communications with your vendors and as such be working with you for a suitable date for everyone. Should you choose a date that we are unavailable, we reserve the right to withhold your retainer until such a time your original wedding date is booked by another couple.

WILL YOU HELP ME FIND VENDORS?

Absolutely!! We are your unofficial wedding planner! We can recommend to you our preferred vendors, people that we have worked with in the past, help with timelines and working out the kinks of your day. All you need to do is ask!

HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS?

Our Booking System is ever-evolving, Currently we can offer credit card, bank transfer and PayPal. As soon as our booking system has made it live, we will also be able to provide AfterPay and Payment plans right at checkout.
We do also have a contract with Payright for 12 month interest free payment plans up to $3,000

WHAT IS A SECOND SHOOTER?

Glad you asked! So a second shooter is another photographer assigned to assisting and capturing your wedding! They provide you a secondary perspective while providing the main photographer with the ability to focus on the couple! Typically the second shooter will focus the groom in the "getting ready" and ceremony portion of the day while capturing your guests at the other times.

HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?

Wherever you wish to fly me, I am happy to go. Interstate travel will require a travel fee due to airfares, car rentals and hotels. International weddings are a whole different ballgame, and as such we will endeavour to provide an experience rather then just a wedding. Do not let that stop you, if you are planning a destination wedding in another country and want us there with you, lets have a yarn and we can work out a Wedding Experience!
